The very begining of the week our class tried testing the electric cars, again. But we tested the clock intervals and the position of the cars. So, every certain amount of seconds[clock interval], my group would mark down on the ground, where the car is, [the position] & note the data in our notebooks. Our results all depended on the surface and the time intervals. We measured the position in cm from the starting point to wherever the car was at, when we had marked it down.
The next couple days, we went over the speeds of the car and snail Mr Finley had showed us in the diagrams on the smart board. We went over the different kinds of positions and motions it would be if say, someone was next to the car or snail, or someone was running past it, and how slow or fast the snail/ car would really be goin in different points of views.
Next daY, we went over our homework based on the bullet video & the questions.
We observed that the bullet split and crashed into the surface before it can evem stop, officially.
The last few days of the week, our class went over the online kinematic module packet. Our class had one day, when we split into different groups based on if we did our homework or not and if we did it correctly. We went over the graphs that we were supposed to create based on the table we were given in the kinematic module packet, online.
The last day, friday, our class used a some sort of instrument. We werent sure what it was for until we started playing around with it. It was to show the motion of objects near and far on a graph. We were given two kinds of graphs we were supposed to create and our groups attempts were VERY close. But, unfortunatly, our group couldnt understand how to get the second graph given. My group and I very well understand the instrument though. This is basically what happened this week. (:
